The whole booking process was very comfortable and professional. All feedbacks were sent very quickly. Our manager Anastasija was very helpful by email and also Roy who was in touch by WhatsApp. The apartment was very well equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was very very nice in Victoria, 5 mins walk from the Buckingham palace. The only issue that I would pay attention to is the fact that there was construction in front of our building that nobody from the booking team either knew about it or informed us. It was noisy and disturbing when we opened the windows. However, we didn’t stay in the apartment during the daytime, so in general we were absolutely happy with the apartment and its location. Anastasija also was very kind providing us complimentary late check-out (2 extra hours). I will definitely recommend London Serviced Apartments to my friends as a very professional and effective platform to find an apartment in London.

Our agent Bonnie was professional, efficient and friendly. The appartment was clean, pleasant to be in and in a top location. We had an issue with a bathrooom plug which was dealt with swiftly. The overall experience met all expectations and achieved that feel good factor. I will continue to recommend London Serviced Appartments to all.

Special thanks to Ana, everything I asked for, was dealt with efficiently and promptly...she was most helpful through the whole process of quoting, booking and invoicing. Booking form was easy to fill in. I know our Japanese guests have stayed at Queen Street City of London lots of times before, so no doubt our next guests coming to London next month, will have a good stay!

The booking form contains certain clauses in the declaration section that are unusual. It indicates the requirement for a late check in fee which is very alien and unfriendly. The fact that your card details are required while filing the form make me wonder how you can make payment and still be charged a late check in fee. Providing my card details without the booking being confirmed is also of great concern considering the security of my card information. I have not occupied the apartment itself yet so I am not even sure of the quality and standard of accommodation.

A nice apartment, well equipped, in a fantastic location. Virtually everywhere in central London is in walking distance. Requests were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Air conditioning would have been very useful on warm days - opening the windows brought much needed cooler air and through breeze but brought unwelcome noise from the busy streets below. Fans were provided which helped a lot.

There were some hiccups in the booking process (their payment form kept timing out and had to be manually regenerated), but the staff were patient and did their best to help. The apartment in Aldgate is ok--the sofa (a pull-out) is terribly uncomfortable for sitting. But the flat was clean and things in basic working order. When the temps outside rose, a fan was provided, which was appreciated. One of the lifts broke down, and remained out of order for the last two weeks of my stay. One working lift was insufficient to service the entire tower, and I had to walk down 8 floors every day because the one working lift was always full.

Great location, great price, comfortable beds, and Anastasija and Roy were super helpful! Unfortunately there were a few issues. There were no instructions provided to us by “Native Apartments”, which made things tricky. The front door didn’t lock and no one answered the emergency line (despite Roy’s best efforts). This led to us being unable to leave the apartment on our first night in London, which was disappointing. Shower door in the master bedroom constantly got stuck. There was loud and early construction Mon-Sat across the road, which was not communicated prior to the stay. Cleaners were fantastic! Super efficient! All in all, a few hiccups that could have been avoided (mainly due to Native Apartments, not London Serviced Apartments as a company), but otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Arranged smaller rooms for a the same price as a standard one bedroom, lights keep blinking. Have a counter top oven and a toaster but know plug points on kitchen counter. what you see in portal and what you get is different. if they dont have the same room or room in good shape you people should provide alternative options at the hotels cost. No timely response to emails. the issue is not just with one room, all our batches staying here had one or other problem.
