“I found the service and professionalism very good from every one. The only point that I could possibly bring up is that the consultants should learn exactly how much the Bankc charge for surveys and the solicitors charge and then comminuicate this in a very clear manner as currently it is a bit confusing to a first time home buyer. Overall I would, and have already, Recommend L7C to anyone I know who is looking for a loan.”

“I was a first time buyer and was naturally getting confused while dealing directly with lenders. I then accidentally found L&C through Google search - at first I was quite reluctant to use a broker without actually seeing them physically, but the customer reviews online encouraged to give it a go. I left my details online on a Friday evening, and received a call from L&C Saturday morning. The first person I spoke to was my case worker throughout the process, and I never had to speak to anyone else. My mortgage application was not straightforward and I had almost given up any hope. But my case worker advised my that it might be possible for me to get a mortgage. I then went ahead searching for the house, and when I put an offer, within 24 hours - much to my surprise, the case worker came back to me with an initial offer from a lender. From then onwards, L&C dealt with the lender on my behalf, and I have completed on my first house today. In a few words, reliable, efficient, personal and fast service ! And what's more - it's free ! They don't charge you a penny !”

“I was advised of L&C as a referral from a friend who had used them previously, and had only positive words to say about them. I found the service very efficient whilst still being friendly and thorough, they found me the best market rates at the time, and the web based tracking system was simple and easy to follow, giving me a real time update of how the offer was tracking. When it is required, I will definitely be returning to L&C in the future and I have passed on the details to friends and colleagues. On a my personal note, I found Ezra Le Mon a really helpful and knowledgeable person who made the whole process of finding the right mortgage for me a simple and smooth one - many thanks and he is a asset to L&C.”
