“Excellent in every respect. Reliable, punctual. The two gentlemen who boarded and insulated our loft were exceptionally professional, clean and tidy workers. They did a truly exceptional job. We are very pleased with our loft. The men work very hard, and just do not stop until they finish their work. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.”

“The young man from Loft Storage Room Company to install my loft ladder, I classify him to be a professional man. He arrived on time and took his shoes off and inspected the loft ladder hatch area and asked which way I wanted the hatch door to open. Before starting installation he laid dust sheets from front door to hatch door area. After work was completed he made sure I was happy with his work and opening and operating the ladder. He made sure no mess was left. A great job was done. Brian from Staines”

“Loft Storage Room Company was very good to deal with from initial enquiry onwards. We wanted to make our unboarded loft space into a usable storage location; after our initial telephone enquiry they sent someone out to assess the work required and sent a quotation through within 24 hours. Their sales team are strictly non-intrusive and after sending the quotation (by email and post as agreed) do not pester you with follow-on calls but wait for you to come back to them. Once we confirmed they were able to schedule the work in a very suitable timeframe. The floor had to be raised and boarded, no support struts needed to be added in our case. The team arrived on time and got straight to work, were very unobtrusive while on-site and finished the same day. Several weeks on from completion we are very happy with the job done and can happily recommend the company to others.”

“Very pleased with our new loft, we now have plenty of storage. Very good surveyor, quoted on time and the guy were efficient, professional and very polite. They left the house almost dust free, considering we had to enlarge the hatch, and we had very little cleaning afterwards. I would definitely recommend LSRC! Thank you!”

“Having had so many issues with builders my faith is now restored after using these guys. They have been absolutely amazing. Came to quote on time. Easy to communicate with. Arrived on time as promised. Left no dirt. Made every effort and involved us where needed. The builders itself are fantastic and friendly guys. The end result is amazing. Hard to believe a scary dingy attic has been replaced now into a room which we will use as office. Thank you guys. Can’t recommend them enough”

“The whole process of getting my loft boarded was simple and quick and reasonably priced. The initial surveyor attended very quickly and the company sent out different priced options by post and by email which made it easy to select the work I wanted completed. The team who installed the flooring were super efficient and very hard workers who left the place tidier than when they arrived. I am really pleased with the job which has created so much storage space with safe and easy access.”

“Excellent, am very happy with Loft Storage Room Company. A knowledgable person came to survey the loft and discuss the options. They gave us a choice of dates and the loft team turned up on time with a diagram of what they were doing which they went over with us. The team were very efficient and swift and everything was left clean and now we have quite a lot of storage space - great!”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Ellie was extremely helpful and polite dealing with my query. Tony came out to give me a quote and the team have just come and fitted my loft ladder. The work was carried out in less than 3 hours. The work team were polite, efficient and all the work was completed to a high standard. Everything was cleaned up and tided away before they left. “Excellent service from start to finish. Great admin team who were able to arrange the surveyor, Tony and the job team as per requested dates , for raising and boarding of the loft floor.The communication via email and post was excellent. We also received detailed brochures prior to the works explaining all the options available. The work team, Nick and Chris, arrived at sharp 8.00am as promised and were very friendly and polite. The work was completed to high standards in about 3-4 hours and they cleaned up before leaving. We now have ample storage and so glad to have found a company which promises and delivers to high standards.The bonus is the work is guaranteed for three years.Highly recommend !”

“After collecting several quotes for work in our attic, and comparing the detail of the recommendations and our impressions of the presentations, we decided to go with The Loft Storage Room Co. They sent an advance surveyor to assess and discuss possibilities, they offered a pamphlet/ brochure with their history and with illustrated examples of the different options and aspects of their service, and provided quotations from which we were able to construct a plan according to our budget. They were fully professional at every stage and applied no pressure. By comparison their prices seemed fair and their work was fully explained in relation to building control standards and supported by the required certification and guarantees. The working team were prompt, efficient, careful and clean, and also considerate and friendly. Each stage went according to the predicted plan, and we were delighted with the end result. We have been provided with everything that we needed and wanted and previously dead space has been brought to life. “It went very well from the beginning to the end. Tony came for survey. Then on the scheduled time, he came back with his team. All the boys were very polite and hardworking. Once it was all done, they took away all the garbage, and cleaned my staircase as well. Very professional behaviour. Appropriate charges. Excellent services.”

“The whole experience with the Loft Storage Room Company was excellent, from initial contact and quote to the final finished loft. The fitters were incredibly tidy and the quality of the work in the loft was fabulous! We have a whole new storage space now that is clean, tidy and dust free and we could not be happier. Highly recommended!”
