“Colin was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He fitted my new door lock with precision and efficiency, making sure everything was secure and working perfectly. What really stood out was his personality – friendly, approachable, and genuinely committed to going above and beyond. He took the time to explain what he was doing, offered helpful advice, and made the whole experience stress‑free. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such a positive attitude, but Colin does exactly that. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing locksmith work.”

“The chap arived 2 hours late without any notification from the office, only found out by contacting them that he was called out on an emergency. Although having said that when he did get here he was great. Fixed both locks on our front door in no time. Very helpful”
