“I sent an enquiry out on a Sunday afternoon and within minutes I was sent a list of 8 local stuctural engineers. Of the 8 on the list, 6 contacted me by lunch time on Monday and asked for further information and within 24 hours I had at least 3 quotes for the work necessary.”

“The website enquiry form was easy to use, and promptly and efficiently emailed a list of EPC providers local to me - it was well laid out and comprehensive. I liked that I didn't have to provide my phone number so avoided cold calls. I've booked a surveyor from the list - the quotation was the same as the estimate and I'm very happy with the price. Good service from this website, recommended”

“Very happy with the survey he told me everything that needs work to get done straight away even down to the roof of the garage and the chimney want pointing plus loads of work to the bungalow that I did buy but with is survey he saved me quite a large amount of cash thank goodness for this company”

“Very helpful site, user friendly, easy to use and it gave me access to a good selection of local surveyors, which would otherwise have taken me a long time to source sperately. Also a good range of prices, from low to high. I had to do some further research on each company to find the one suited to my needs but the Local Surveyors Direct web site helped me reduce a lot of this time.”

“I have had lots of surveyors answer my advert. But most of them did not read the advert correctly, I live abroad and gave my daughters uK number, cause your set up would not let me put a non UK number down, but I wrote my BG number and email address asking them to contact me via whats spp or viber. A lot contacted her first.”
