“Very friendly when I rang up. Quote came through quickly on e mail. Explained different in surveyor reports and gave a sample report which was very useful. Report came through on e mail within 24 hours of survey not the 48 quoted. Written in a way that it was easily understood. Would recommend.”

“I found this site very helpful. We had previously asked a retired builder for his opinion and this had made us VERY worried as he was out of touch with current details. The facility to choose between differing Structural Engineering Companies gave us confidence. The company we eventually went with provided a very detailed report which removed our worst worries and gave us lots of hints about how house insurers work.”

“I received a prompt reply. However, the listed company or individual don't feature in The Institution of Structural Engineers listing. Out of 5 listings, I found only two individuals are members but none of these two has up-to-date CPD over the last 3-4 years. It is important that any listing you forward you need to check that they are qualified and part of a recognised professional organisation. Anyone can put the title MEng. or CEng next to their names and advertise their services.”
