Best to wait for confirmed email quotes to come in from the surveying companies for a day or two before deciding on best choice (price/locality). All were quoting for same RICs survey type so have to assume all will work to similar professional standard.”

“I found this site very helpful. We had previously asked a retired builder for his opinion and this had made us VERY worried as he was out of touch with current details.
