“I was looking for Building Regulations Specifications drawings to be completed. Local Surveyors Direct sent me a list. I contacted a few ( all were very professional) but in the end went with ADS Ltd, which was a competitive price, but more importantly, were so knowledgeable.”

“A search on Local Surveyors Direct quickly provided me with a list of several local electricians and their e-mails and mobile numbers. This enabled me to e-Mail the four nearest offering them the job (removing an electric cooker and wiring in the new one). I have now arranged to have the work done in three days time Tuesday with Michael Maccabe who replied promptly and gave me a fair price. It’s not Local Surveyors Direct’s fault but it is annoying that the other three electricians haven’t even had the courtesy to reply. There must be a lot of work out there for electricians if they can afford to do that.”
