“Fast generation of list of available service providers. Wide range of providers , small one man band to big companies. The price for a level 2 report range from £500 to £900. Many replied very quickly with good availability for the inspection. Overall very good.”

“A superb tool I found via Homeowners Alliance to find a surveyor. Submitting a few details within minutes brings up quotes from five local surveyors, with details of their addresses, areas covered, contact details etc. The surveyors then emailed directly with extra information, some within minutes of my using the Local Surveyors Direct tool. The small print on the form indicates you can put 0000 in the phone number field if preferred; I would have found it helpful if there had been a sample figure eg £000000 for the property as it was only by much trial and error I found the tool was not working because I had included a comma in the value ie £000,000.”
