These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“We chose our surveyor from your list and were pleased with the service we received. However, once we had selected the surveyor we wanted to use, we kept getting e-mails from others on the list which was a bit annoying. Maybe you could find a way to block other hopefuls once a decision has been made.”

“This is a helpful ‘metasearch’ engine which delivers estimated prices and credentials of local surveyors- I was able to make a date with fixed fee quite promptly and saved time on ringing around as some outfits are coy about their charges - look out for those adding VAT !”

“I really like the website. On the structural study side, you have to work on your pricing. They are about half of the real prices. Otherwise very happy with the fact that I can contact several companies with one query and get almost instant response from most of them!”
