“Both the surveyor firms responded promptly to my enquiry. I cannot comment further as I have not instructed them yet. Your service is very useful for someone on my position - moving to a new area!”

“Not what I expected. This doesn't find local surveyors it spams you with a selection of generic surveyors who likely pay for this service. I immediately got texts, emails and phone calls from surveyors as far away as Chippenham (buying in London). Use the www.ricsfirms.com website instead, no spam just a list of actual independent local surveyors.”

“I have not been able to find a Surveyor who is willing to give a breakdown for the work that they are going to do. Some Surveyor's are asking for payment before they undertake the work. How disappointing”

“Yep. Does what it says on the tin. Haven't had the survey yet so dont know whether the people hired are any good, but this website found suppliers of the services we needed very quickly.”

“The website showed a price of £359. When I went on the company's website it was £475. I contacted the company and was told the price on the comparison website was only an estimate not a quote.I would not expect an estimate to be £116 difference”

“Got off to a bad start, the first online quote was for £162 when I phoned to book, was told website needed updating, price was £220 !!! Told them where they could stick it ! Next best quote was £183, this was correct price, so booked straight away. Survey was done on Sat morning, jobs a goodun !”

“We have chosen surveyor John BORET,, one of 5 suggestions put forward and we were totally satisfied. His fee for the survey was the most competitive one and remained the same throughout the exchanges until submission. John was approachable on further questions politely and without adding costs. The visit to the property was done on time and the report was submitted as explained a number of days later. Summary: fully satisfied and helpful professional remarks which were then followed up by our solicitor and signaled to the vendor's solicitor's that we were well equipped to negotiate. Thank you John.”

“I needed a reliable surveyor at a reasonable price, and this web site came up with Alan Potter in Sunderland. I met Alan at the property, and found him to friendly, and very knowledgeable,explaining things in a very clear way that even I, with not much technical nous understood. His report on the property came to me in a few days and he made this very clear too. 10/10 from me for an excellent service.”

“Good site which resulted in me finding a really good company to use for my survey. It wasn't clearly indicated that I would receive calls/emails from the companies who came up as a result of the searches and I ended up receiving at least 8 calls the next day. Getting so many was probably as a result of checking the cost of a Home Buyers report and a Building Survey, but I probably wouldn't have filled the from in twice for the two quotes if I'd know I'd get so many calls.”

“I found the surveyor on line search and hoped they would be alright. I wasn't disappointed as the service was excellent. They booked the surveyor for the next week and within two days after his visit, I had the report and photos. The report was very good and informative. I also had a phone call from the surveyor giving me a brief summary before the report came out. I would definitely recommend the company. The service and price were excellent.”

“A very good and comprehensive building survey report, every angle of this property was reported on and all work required to make good was detailed excellently. Also called Scott Young who spoke to me for over half hour and basically broke down how he made the observations for this report and this was a great help to me. Excellent value for money.”

“The surveyor arranged to conduct the survey with the vendor of the property we were purchasing very quickly. He informed us when he would be conducting the survey and told us when to expect the report via email and then followed by the hard copy. The survey was conducted on the Monday. The report was emailed to us on the Wednesday as stated and the hard copy arrived through the post on the Thursday. The report was of a high standard with very constructive comments, identified issues and solutions and helpful advice regarding the purchase price and the valuation of the property. Value for money £360 including VAT, Brilliant.”
