“Iwas given the names of 5 surveyors, 2 called me by 'phone and 1 sent me an e-mail introducing himself. Originally I chose one of the other surveyors who hadn't contacted me and spoke to a very nice lady in the officer who said the surveyor would call me back later that day. A week later, he still hasn't called but I'd already given up waiting for his call and contacted the surveyor who sent me an e-mail. He has already done the survey and is sending me a report today.”

“I received a call within one day - great response, unfortunately I realised I was asking for the wrong professionals. I should hav asked for qualified structural engineers with experience of ground stablisation. Thanks anyway, the experience was helpful.”

“Excellent and very prompt service would really recommend to you. Very helpful and attentive staff on the telephone. Very comprehensive and detailed survey report, but easy to understand. Able to speak with the surveyor myself on the phone which was extra helpful. Really can't fault them at all well done!”

“I was only offered one contact which turned out to be based in another part of the country but offering the services of an unknown but qualified surveyor. This was not acceptable as I would need to know who I was instructing to carry out the survey. The administration of my enquiry was very good and the individual was very helpful but not for me. When a asked you for a selection it was to enable me to choose not to be offered one unknown surveyor.”

“I was looking to commission a building survey on my first property purchase. The site took me to David Rogers, RCIS, who completed the survey the next week and at a really good price. The report was comprehensive and he had paid special attention to the areas I had requested further information on. I would fully recommend this site and David Rogers to complete any survey required.”

“I was looking to purchase a property two hours drive away from home and had no knowledge of local surveyors. Local Building Surveyors provided details of local surveyors who each provided me with full details of the Home Buyers Survey and also their own customer ratings. The company I selected, Camsure Homes Ltd., were excellent to deal with and carried out the survey at a competitive price, as arranged and submitted a detailed report the following day as promised. They also responded quickly to follow up questions and offered to answer and further queries if they arose. From start to finish a very pleasant and professional experience.”

“I wanted a re-build cost for insurance purposes , and managed to get one on-line which my insurance company accepted . I will get a homebuyers survey done later . Living hundreds of miles from the property , I appreciated being put in contact with local surveyors , and will certainly consider them when I want a survey . Many thanks for your help , BK.”

“You get one price instantly, but then over the next couple of hours it seems all the companies email you with different prices which are cheaper. I think this is to do with including and not including the price for a valuation. Either way I went ahead with what I thought was the best quote, only to find an email later with a cheaper one so this was a bit annoying.”

“I found a surveyor who listened to all my concerns and produced a report that was succinct, complete and easy to comprehend. I was grateful to put my immediate concerns to him on the website and astonished that he was willing to meet with me personally ahead of the site visit. The turnaround from site visit to report was absolutely in the time frame promised which I found impressive given the pressure professionals are under. Top marks.”
