“Unfortunately I had to submit a number of surveyors to the housing association for them to pick one at random and they chose some one not on the list, but I was very pleased with your information thank you . Les Smith”

“Nobody got back to me!!!”

“We tried a couple of surveyors and they could not help us without waiting 3 weeks or more, until Robert skinner Associates stepped in, he again could not help at first, but when we explained our problem, he re-arranged his diary and managed to fit us in, in just 3 days before he went on his holidays, although we will have to wait ten days for the full report, he gave us a report over the phone, so we could proceed with our purchase with peace of mind, he was not the cheapest, but he was no means anywhere near the dearest, he comes highly recommended.”

“It was quick, gave me a loval surveyor, and showed me a competitive price. Although I did not use the surveyor given, the site gave me an idea of prices and who to use in the future”

“Liked the idea of multiple quotes, but website only gave me one! It seemed OK, but would have liked others to compare.”

“I just have a remark as to the functionality of the site rather than a full review. When requesting quotes there should be an option whether one wants to be contacted by phone or email. Personally, I use these sort of instant quote websites to shop around. I don't want to then be showered by phone calls from the companies that can provide the service. It's not so much the case with emails, although it would be good to opt out of that as well, but getting phone calls during the day can feel very intrusive, especially if you're at work.”

“This is a truly excellent service from start to finish. Staff were professional and polite and explained anything I wasn't sure about. The report itself was very detailed even had photos attached. It pointed out issues I would never had thought of - I couldn't have asked for more Thank you so much”
