I met Alan at the property, and found him to friendly, and very knowledgeable,explaining things in a very clear way that even I, with not much technical nous understood. “Good site which resulted in me finding a really good company to use for my survey. It wasn't clearly indicated that I would receive calls/emails from the companies who came up as a result of the searches and I ended up receiving at least 8 calls the next day. Getting so many was probably as a result of checking the cost of a Home Buyers report and a Building Survey, but I probably wouldn't have filled the from in twice for the two quotes if I'd know I'd get so many calls.”

“I found the surveyor on line search and hoped they would be alright. I wasn't disappointed as the service was excellent. They booked the surveyor for the next week and within two days after his visit, I had the report and photos. The report was very good and informative. I also had a phone call from the surveyor giving me a brief summary before the report came out. I would definitely recommend the company. The service and price were excellent.”

“A very good and comprehensive building survey report, every angle of this property was reported on and all work required to make good was detailed excellently. Also called Scott Young who spoke to me for over half hour and basically broke down how he made the observations for this report and this was a great help to me. Excellent value for money.”

“The surveyor arranged to conduct the survey with the vendor of the property we were purchasing very quickly. He informed us when he would be conducting the survey and told us when to expect the report via email and then followed by the hard copy. The survey was conducted on the Monday. The report was emailed to us on the Wednesday as stated and the hard copy arrived through the post on the Thursday. The report was of a high standard with very constructive comments, identified issues and solutions and helpful advice regarding the purchase price and the valuation of the property. Value for money £360 including VAT, Brilliant.”

“I was contacted quickly. The surveyor discussed my requirements and came up with a product which would suit. Charges were reasonable and service so far has been good. The report has yet to be produced so I can't comment on that. So far so good!”

“Leo and his team responded to me within a matter of hours of me getting in touch and managed to arrange the survey for the next day. Once the survey was complete, I was called the same day with a run down of any issues/ concerns and any questions I had were answered, before receiving the full detailed report a couple of days later. The service was prompt, professional and very helpful - I would definitely recommend and will use again when we next move.”

“I found the Valuer very efficient and willing to speak to me before and after the survey was carried out. The Valuer said he was happy for me to contact him with any further queries at a later point. The report was issued within a couple of days, initially by e-mail and included photographs of relevant areas. Very Good Service in my opinion.”

“Awaiting results from a building survey which was carried out on 15th February. Today is 17th March, still no survey report sent, despite contacting surveyor on many occasions via email and phone (paid upfront for survey). Doesn't fill me with a huge amount of confidence at present with reliability of surveyor.”
