“They were a disgrace, didn't show the designs or the valuation and till this day I still haven't seen them and paid them £1200 cash which he insisted on and after numerous emails to see the valuation/designs was ignored, do not do business with PRINSEGATE they are very unprofessional. The M.D ignores complaints one assumes he has so many, customer service is rubbish and the person who came I will hold back his name for now but in future, I will send another review as they have still not acknowledged my complaint is a shocking company take your money don't supply what you ask for and only 2 reasons why they insist on cash one is you can't go to the credit card company or the is well work it out TAX wise.”

“We were buying Noth Dartmoor (Coldridge) despite being Newton Abbott the surveyor Phil Routledge lived just down the road at Morchard Bishop! VERY thorough, very good local knowledge, and very professional really making our seller comfortable and at ease explaining the process every inch of the way. A very detailed report packed with helpful advice and suggests, Money well spent, so pleased we used them, 10/10 (P.S Our seller was so impressed by Property Surveys Devon they've booked them to theirs!) ”

“I used the services of White Horse Surveyors there website was very easy to use, I arranged everything on line and a date, type of survey and payment, that easy. An in depth report was carried out and sent to me promptly. Would recommend there Services to a one.”

HI. I suspect you are confusing us with somebody else. Our system is instant and automatic, with quote results from our pool of surveyors shown on screen and sent to you immediately by email.

“Out of interest I looked for building surveyors on the internet, with your help. I had to look for good value and finally chose a company that I have used before and which is not on your list. However, since then I have been plagued by surveying companies pursuing me for work, evn when I tell them I am no longer interested. If there is another similar occasion when I need a surveyor, I shall go with my gut and not use the internet.”

“Quick and easy to use with quotes available from a couple of sources some local some not, however they use local surveyors and speedy service to choose from. Checked credentials and went with knowledge of past type of survey. Well worth the visit”
