“I was linked up with a number of surveyors, all very helpful. We had the work carried out to time and within budget.”

“survey took place as arranged but was not impressed with actual survey report as upstairs windows which all needed replacing were not mentioned. One fanlight did not even shut and a window handle was missing. These were not even mentioned in the report. Not impressed that they didn't look in a bedroom because someone was in it. I am sure they would have come out for the survey to take place”

“When first appointment had to be cancelled because of a funeral he brought it forward (not back). When estate agent gave him the wrong key he went out of his way to ensure that he could carry out the work. He then worked late to provide his report.”

“It was easy to find my local surveyors, shame for me that there was only a choice of three, personally I thought there would have been more. Out of the three one was reasonably priced, and I was able to book a survery quickly.”

“Had a general building survey introduction states a traditionally built semi-detached property. Then states to the first floor there are 3x bedrooms and a shower room. But it is purpose built apartment. It as two bedrooms. A bathroom with a P bath and WC. Plus a separate WC. After query this it was changed. Not happy we wasted £420 getting Bow Cliffe to do the survey. If he couldn't getting the number of bedrooms right and the bathroom right and missing of the WC what does it say for the rest of the survey”
