“Paid, had no receipt. Sent a reminder which they got back to a day later (around a week ago). Since then not a peep. Survey was supposed to have been done this week, not so much as a polite email. Not a clue what is going on”

“Often doubtful about web-recommendations for anything, but 'we won a watch' by selecting Open Door Surveyors Ltd. They were prompt in the initial response, kept us in the picture throughout the process, were quick with the e-mailed and subsequent hard-copy report and were more than willing to discuss our questions over the phone this morning - basically 3 working days after the survey. Thank you very much Ben!”

“Received 4 contacts all with fixed quotes which were quite useful for comparison purposes. Quotes varied significantly one extreme being twice that of the cheapest. In the end, settled for a local surveyor for (hopefully) more accurate assessment of market value.”

“I used Complete Surveying Services, Mr V Keep. From my initial contact the process took one week. The survey was arranged promptly by Mr Keep, the visit was not disruptive or antagonistic to the property seller, and the report was clear and understandable. Given that Mr Keep provided the lowest quotation for the work and undertook the work at that rate and to a high standard I would highly recommend his services.”
