“I just have a remark as to the functionality of the site rather than a full review. When requesting quotes there should be an option whether one wants to be contacted by phone or email. Personally, I use these sort of instant quote websites to shop around. I don't want to then be showered by phone calls from the companies that can provide the service. It's not so much the case with emails, although it would be good to opt out of that as well, but getting phone calls during the day can feel very intrusive, especially if you're at work.”

“The survey needed to be carried out as a matter of urgency. MKN not only fitted me in but mailed the report next day (Saturday). I would recommend them to potential buyers.”

“We did receive some very interesting estimates/quotes for fee structures. Unfortunately the purchase of the property that we were to have surveyed has had to be put on hold. We will without doubt use one of the surveyors that you have introduced once the situation becomes more favourable. Thank you for your help in this matter.”

“They published internal photographs of my home without consulting me. I feel invaded and violated. I told them that they should have asked my permission and they told me that it shows the property conditions. When I objected they said that it showed what the rooms were being used for. I found this response ignorant. Their reasoning was insufficient and their treatment of me was arrogant.”
