“The reason I only gave it one star is simple, thee inspection was supposed to take place on Tuesday 10th Nov, 2020. Today is 12th only two days later, but the idiots who run the site have sent me this to fill in, and as I dont even know if the inspection took place let alone any report, how can I comment on it. The idiots sent this from so I am filling it in....”

“Found the system for locating a chartered surveyor very helpful and efficient I was offered 2 surveyors, and both followed up the same day with a quote and further in-depth details of the services they offer. I would recommend the service to others especially as all the surveyors are professionally trained and operate within the RICS parameters.”

“I strongly recommend Balckstone. The survey was comprehensive and ready to use for our builder quotation. On top of that, our surveyor was a true passionate about the Victorian building and gave us great recommandation to renovate the house. Really appreciated it.”

“Having had the email from you giving details of White Horse Surveyors, I sent them an email with all the details about my intended purchase and never heard anything. I also phoned and left a message but they never phoned back. Completely useless and a waste of time.”

“Very simple to use. There was some confusion as I called the office to be told there were no local surveyors, but within 5 minutes received a call confirming someone was available. Once booked I have received confirmation and the survey is taking place soon, as well as all the paperwork.”

“I did the search for a local surveyor and tried to contact the one that appeared at the top of the list by phone and email and I still haven’t had a reply from them. Not great!”

“I did manage to have contact from 4 of the 5 who responded (frustratingly the most competitively priced Surveyor did not respond to any of my calls or voicemails). The RICS recommendation list stated that all the pricing included VAT, however at least 1 insisted they were VAT registered and needed to add VAT to the quoted price. Pleased with the services of the Surveyor I chose. They were also able to offer their services within a week.”

“Very Poor Website - only gave one option who advertise in my area. Phoned firm who are actually based in the Isle of Wight and do not cover East Sussex at all . Suggest ads need updating ??”
