“I did the search for a local surveyor and tried to contact the one that appeared at the top of the list by phone and email and I still haven’t had a reply from them. Not great!”

“I did manage to have contact from 4 of the 5 who responded (frustratingly the most competitively priced Surveyor did not respond to any of my calls or voicemails). The RICS recommendation list stated that all the pricing included VAT, however at least 1 insisted they were VAT registered and needed to add VAT to the quoted price. Pleased with the services of the Surveyor I chose. They were also able to offer their services within a week.”

“Can highly recommended AW Surveyors in Penryn, they gave a very reasonable quote and fitted us in for a Condition Report very quickly. Service was very professional from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone”

“Very Poor Website - only gave one option who advertise in my area. Phoned firm who are actually based in the Isle of Wight and do not cover East Sussex at all . Suggest ads need updating ??”
