“Being new to the area and knowing absolutely no one, the online service was invaluable. I was able to sift through several local companies and compare prices.”

“Efficient, great advice on what survey to have, then walked around with them with explanations on any faults. Very helpful to those who don't understand the reports/ language used. Worth every penny, without I would of ended up with a house with a sea of red! whew escaped that one.”

“I just wanted to get a rough idea of cost, for budgeting purposes. It would have helped, if I could have got quotes for home buyer and structural surveys in a single hit. It would also have reduced the number of follow up e-mails (and even a phone call), which were not what I needed at this stage.”

“Quick Response and found someone to do the survey I required”

“I selected Marcel Blum, an architect who does building surveys, rather than a building surveyor from the Local Building Surveyor list and was absolutely delighted by the thoroughness of Marcel's report, his accessibility and willingness to discuss survey findings post survey and also the opportunity to discuss possible building alterations with someone who thinks in 3D. Marcel, who has a wealth of experience to draw upon, even went as far as doing some rough sketches of possible changes to the building for us at no extra cost. Thank you very much Marcel - a great choice for our building survey!”
