“We found the service very good, quick responses and our chosen surveyor was very prompt in getting the survey done. The report was very thorough, professional and easily understood. It also had supporting photos which we have found very useful. Would recommend this website with no hesitation.”

“Customer service poor from a previous company used. Wanted me to do everything on line, different customer service every time I emailed or phoned. No communication once they had received info and payment. Double booked appointment even though it was arranged a few weeks in advance and having to rearrange with the customer just days before- Not professional.On a positive note the survey was thorough.”
