“Excellent site, used to find a surveyor for house purchase in area i did not know well, about 100 miles away. Had to spend time sifti Contacted three local companies to see if they were interested in doing survey. First said surveyor would call me when back in office, but guessing they are on world cruise as circa two months later they still have not called back. Second, plain just never answered the phone. Not sure how they expect to get work. Luckily third surveyor 'Davis Blackburn' came back to me. Courteous and very helpful explaining what a survey involved. Survey of 1st property was excellent, identifying numerous issues which i had not seen upon my inspection of the property, to the extent i did not buy property. 2nd survey very detailed and made for more positive reading.”

“Rapid search with useful basic information. Most surveyors identified were not local and I didn't use any of them. However communication with the surveyors was good and they were all happy to come to my location if commissioned.”

“I was looking for a surveyor outside of the area I live in. He did a fantastic job, and actually picked up a load of negatives which saved me buying a house that could have caused me years of headaches. Really chuffed with the speed of response as well. Great all round service.”

“As we were moving to a new area we had no idea where to find a surveyor so this website was a great help. We were given a few choices to contact and we were very satisfied with the Surveyor who did the survey and the report he produced. This purchase eventually fell through due.in part to the report he provided which meant the fee paid was 'Money well spent!'.”
