“Brilliant service and very thorough report received. Our surveyor gave a market value less than we had offered for the property which led to us doing further research and ultimately trying to renegotiate our offer. We didn't get very far and eventually had to pull out, but I'd rather do that at this stage than live with regrets. I would highly recommend our surveyor and will use him again once I've found a new home.”

“Very good service, it shortened the research. I chose a full valuation, however, the owner kept no foundation survey was done, disappointing as this is a major aspect of any survey. The surveyor has agreed to go back to redo.”

“The survey was completed in very very good time with a phone call and verbal feedback the same day with the written report by e-mail the next day. The reason for the 'good' has to do with my, possibly misplaced, expectations, I thought a structural survey would be more invasive and I still don't know what insulation was used as it is crucial for a mortgage on a timber-framed house. Thank you for doing the survey.”

“Customer service poor from a previous company used. Wanted me to do everything on line, different customer service every time I emailed or phoned. No communication once they had received info and payment. Double booked appointment even though it was arranged a few weeks in advance and having to rearrange with the customer just days before- Not professional.On a positive note the survey was thorough.”
