“I needed a surveyor for s precise and targeted task. All the responding companies could only offer a full house survey and were totally useless for my needs. None were prepared to discuss my needs and only wanted to offer a product of no use to me.”

“Disgrace! Don't use them! The surveyor spent approx 50 mins only in the property for a building survey. In the past have had a RICS home buyers survey done (less cost & less intensive) & they spent approx 3 hours! The whole report & the T & Cs are a total cop-out. Caused us to lose the property we really wanted, as time was of an essence & we'd have had to get several other 'experts' in, as suggested in the report.”

“He was able to fit us in for a home buyers report at short notice. We had a very ind-depth telephone conversation the same evening and the report followed 10 days later. We were very please with this service.”

“Report was late and contributed to the sale been cancelled. When asked I was told this was to ensure the quality of the report. Didn't even get the house type right stating it was a semi-detached when it was a terrace house. Not impressed.”

“Really happy with service I have recieved. Real professionals. Few times notifications and reminders before servey. Surveyor(His name was Raj) was on top of his role and his engagement was brilliant. Inspection of my property was done perfectly A to Z. And all information which I gave was recordec. Report been sent over within week which I believe was responsible. Thank you great team. Highly recommend you.”
