“Very simple to use. There was some confusion as I called the office to be told there were no local surveyors, but within 5 minutes received a call confirming someone was available. Once booked I have received confirmation and the survey is taking place soon, as well as all the paperwork.”

“I did manage to have contact from 4 of the 5 who responded (frustratingly the most competitively priced Surveyor did not respond to any of my calls or voicemails). The RICS recommendation list stated that all the pricing included VAT, however at least 1 insisted they were VAT registered and needed to add VAT to the quoted price. Pleased with the services of the Surveyor I chose. They were also able to offer their services within a week.”

“Found list of Companies able to undertake a Homebuyers Repoert for a property I was buying, on the local surveyors website. Rang around several, found prices varied between Companies for same service?? Found a Company able to undertake required survey within required timescale, at reasonable price (not cheapest, but not dearest either)”
