“LOCAL BUILDING SURVEYERS ARE QUITE EFFIECIENT BUT THE SURVEYOR I CHOSE COSY HOMES POSTED THE HARD COPY REPORT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS TWICE. SO RE CONFIRM ALL DETAILS.”

“A very useful starting point. Site was easy to use and came up with two possible local surveyors. It was reassuring to know that by using this site, only qualified personnel would be listed. Following this we instructed Lakelander Surveying Ltd which provided a prompt and very thorough survey of the property. We were very satisfied with what was a detailed survey and the manner in which it was conducted - friendly and professional. Overall a very satisfactory experience.”

“Thank you for asking for me. It was really unhelpful because I specified what I needed and my postcode. I was heartened to get a match and then response from Tamlyns of Dorset. When I called Tamlyn's they said they do not cover my area. When I asked why they made an offer based on my postcode the receptionist said that sometimes they have a surveyor in my area. I asked for that surveyor but currently that person does not exist. I think if you are going to work with companies then you need to confirm that they cover the areas they say they do and drop them if they are time wasters.”

“All bar one recommendation was anything but local to Poole, Dorset as they were based in places like London and others equally far away. Then I have been inundated by emails from these unacceptable names. Al in Allan extremely poor service.”

“Superb! The website was easy to use and gave us contact details of five surveyor firms who might be able to help. The details included a really useful, and accurate, indicative cost for the survey. Because we had urgent need of getting a survey done, we contacted three firms. All three replied and would have been able to meet our timescale. One managed to fit us into a cancellation slot the next working day. Thank you!”
