“Cant get higher because the SS was never done, because there were last minute developments which currently, remove the need for a Survey but............ Matters are not complete and I am waiting for a promise to be upheld, Certainly the response from Edward De.........? was quick and welcoming. I would probably chose hime because of that.”

“Information via the website was useful. Less useful was trying to get the two recommended surveyors to respond to phonecalls/emails. In the end I used neither of them. One because they weren't interested, the other because they were too expensive.”

“Absolutely terrible customer service. They agree to carry out work, site visits, calculations and drawings for a set fee, all agreed in writing, and then don't supply you what you've paid for. Happy to take your money, just not happy to do the work. Not only do you not get the structural drawings, but the report you do get is poorly written with so many spelling mistakes and poor fluency that you can't actually use the report. Avoid this company at all costs.”
