“If you are looking for a loan I cannot recommend loan.co.uk enough. The service has been excellent. Helpful and supportive with good advice. I have been met with friendly, informative staff each time I have had to contact. They made everything as easy as possible for me and found me a really good deal. Excellent!”

“Sometimes online reviews can seem too good to be true, but I’m genuinely pleased to say that wasn’t the case with loan.co.uk. My experience exceeded expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. After briefly exploring loan options on comparison websites, I was immediately overwhelmed with constant calls from multiple companies. It quickly became intrusive, especially during the working day. In contrast, loan.co.uk offered the option to schedule a convenient time for contact, which made a huge difference. Kurt called exactly when arranged, something I really appreciated as it showed genuine respect for my time and work schedule. Kurt was an outstanding broker. He listened carefully to our circumstances — managing wedding costs alongside a house move meant finances felt particularly stretched — and approached everything with kindness, understanding, and zero judgment. He reassured us that looking for a lower interest rate was simply a sensible financial decision and recommended an option that helped us regain control before things became overwhelming. I was amazed by what was available to us, particularly being able to reduce our monthly payments by over £1,000. It has given us breathing room to save, prepare for emergencies, and avoid relying on credit cards again. Even better, after two years we’ll be able to make overpayments without penalties, meaning we can reduce the term without feeling tied in long-term. James was also fantastic and a real credit to the company. His attention to detail, regular updates, and practical approach made the process much less stressful. We experienced a bit of back-and-forth due to unforeseen issues with my husband’s payslips and delays getting a letter from his HR team, but James handled everything with empathy, patience, and professionalism. Together with Kurt, he worked hard to find a lender willing to assess our situation sensibly and help us consolidate our payments. The whole process took around two weeks, including weekends, and I’m sure it would have been even quicker if we hadn’t been waiting on paperwork from my husband’s employer. Lilly Porter from the protection team also provided exceptional support, helping us arrange a new life insurance policy that suited our updated circumstances. She was friendly, approachable, and thorough, taking the time to chat everything through so we could feel confident we had the right level of cover in place. Her support was both reassuring and greatly appreciated. Shout out to Emma Hughes too. Overall, the service felt genuinely personal, professional, and supportive throughout. I would happily recommend loan.co.uk to anyone looking for financial guidance and a team that treats people with care and respect.”
