“Excellent service. Our loan wasn't by any means straightforward and from the initial conversation with Carl and then case manager Lee. All sorted and couldn't want for better service. “Fantastic customer service- Lucy W kept me updated throughout the process, found a suitable lender and proactively helped tailor and bridge my consolidation request to meet the lenders requirements in order for the loan to be approved. As a result my monthly payments have reduced by c. £1k a month into one consolidated payment which will make paying off over the term much more manageable!”
