“I buy the unperfumed soap for my husband who has sensitive skin. It’s the only unperfumed soap I have found which doesn’t dry his skin out and leaves it soft. My order is always despatched quickly.”

“Little Soap Company is paying lip service to customer service. My recent order was left in the refuse bin, contrary to my wishes, and when I raised the matter I was fobbed off. This is the second time it's happened, and the company won't take any responsibility let alone apologise.”

Mr Ahmed – I am sorry you felt the need to write this. You emails were brought to my attention both times and I instructed the team to cease conversations as things were going around in a circle and your tone was nothing but abusive to them. We are so grateful of your orders, and like all web orders, small parcels are sent with Royal Mail – the fact your postman chose to put the parcel in your recycling bin with a note is something I am afraid we don’t have any control over and as we suggested in our dialogue is something to take up with them or Royal Mail direct. “I’ve been using Rose Geranium soap for a while. Beautiful soap which is long lasting, lovely on the skin and leaves the bathroom smelling gorgeous. Good to be able to bulk buy. I believe this will be my forever soap !”

“We’ve used the soap various ‘flavours’ for about a year, lovely fragrances. Lather up well and best of all your skin is lovely and soft. Soap I’ve used before makes my skin dry and itchy- the little soap company soaps don’t! 5* given! ❤️”
