“The bottle size has shrunk and the siap does not have the same scent ..it is less scented ..perhaps kess essential oil”

Hi Bridget - to confirm - the Naturals body wash (or any!) bottles haven’t shrunk at all - they are the same 300ml, we simply changed the shape a while back to these taller thinner bottles at Waitrose’s request as it worked better on shelf. Our regular handwash bottles were deemed to squat compared to competitors. That’s all! Nothing else has changed at all - identical formulation and essential oil % - promise! We don’t do that! Emma x

“Good chpice of soaps, bit expensive, especially for travel sizes. More organic soaps needed with different oils for different needs. Also childrens soaps with nice smells, colours, sparkles would be great”

Many thanks for taking the time to review us! Just a note to say we are more expensive than mass brands but this is because we are all natural ingredients and fully accredited (BCorp, Leaping Bunny Cruelty Free, Vegan Society, Made in Britain, RSPO Sustainable Palm Oil and for our organic range COSMOS) and we are audited on all these annually so our customers can trust we really use the ingredients that we say we do. Also we only fragranc with pure essential oils which are many times the price of cheap synthetic fragrance. We could make the bars a lot cheaper but not at the standard they are... I hope that helps explain. As for new flavours in the Organic range - you are totally right. Our Naturals and Eco Warrior ranges have had the focus on them the last year or so. Watch this space as we have a lot of exciting things on development behind the scenes for our Organic products... with new flavours planned which I am already so proud of and cant wait to launch later this year! We are also getting all products COSMOS certification too which is really exciting! Emma x

Hi - thanks for your feedback as it gives us a chance to reply! In short, because of our organic status and ingredients we don't use SLS (which create the false rich lather seen in many shampoos, soaps, and toothpastes) or any other synthetic ingredient in our products which is why they don't lather as perhaps you'd expect. They do cleanse really well though- it's a myth you need a lather which is why other brands add SLS! SLS can really irritate sensitive skin.... so without the lather many find this is a lot better for hands! I hope this helps! Emma x

“Soap dish-Very flimsy, cheap looking and not that easy to open and close as the thin edges close in. Had brought one for myself and one as a present with a bar of soap. I won't be giving the one as a present as it looks super cheap, despite being priced at the upper end for a standard soap dish. I would have returned these but suddenly noticed that return cost is down to the consumer. It wasn't worth the hassle but certainly left aggrevied!”

“I've used the Eco Warrior Lime & Bergamot Shaving Bar for a few years and been very happy with it, but in the last year or so I've found I can't seem to get a creamy lather. At first I thought it might be that the bar I bought via Ocado was old stock, so I bought two bars directly from you (one Lime and one Edit), and still all I seem to get is a light froth from both (it's also a bit stingy after shaving). I even changed my shaving brush for a Simpson Trafalgar, but still couldn't get a creamy lather like I used to. I wondered if you've changed your formula in the last year or so? So sorry for the three stars - a couple of years ago I'd have given you five. (Please don't publish this on your web site, as I'm only talking about one of your products and I have no experience of the others, so don't think it would be fair.)”

“I've only tried one of the soaps orders - the peppermint one. The soap give a good clean and lathers well but the scent is just not there. Smells like a 15p soap from Tesco.”

“The soap makes a lovely lather. It doesn’t go mushy when wet. However, the fragrance after having used it almost daily for 7-10 days has all but disappeared. If blindfolded, then would be hard pressed to identify a citrus fragrance. It predominantly smells of olive oil.”

“I bought this soap for my daughter as she has eczema and she hasn't started to use it yet. I was very disappointed with the ordering. I felt my order had disappeared as I had no confirmation of the order or if dispatched unlike other suppliers. If my daughter hadn't said she had received it I would still be wondering what was happening. But I have to say that the soap was received within a week of ordering which is excellent.”

“Not used soap as it was a gift but liked the fact that it was for sensitive skin and packaged nicely in a box of 4. Their website didn't let me set up an account and didn't send a confirming e mail so phoned and was given an indication of delivery time. Both ladies I spoke to were very courteous. Tried to do a further order but was out of stock so had to use another retailer. Unfortunately, it was back in stock the next day so may order again after festive season”

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our products. We are very sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied, but try as we might, because we only use pure natural essential oils in our products the batches of oils can vary (unlike using totally controllable synthetic fragrances). We hope you will give us another chance and try a different product from one of our other ranges so you can see that they really are great.
