“Hi all, I have recently received eco warrior soap for men, and shampoo bar for mens hair, and I am absolutely delighted with both. I then ordered 2 unperfumed bars of soap for my fiancee, 1,olive and 1 oat, she has recently had major guiney surgery, and has found both soaps absolutely amazing and totally gentle and safe to use in delicate intimate areas. We are both truly delighted with the quality of the products, the information, the prices, the payment procedure, and the delivery process and time. “I'm a new customer. I was seaching for organic soap. There are many, so I had to chose and trust my gut. I saw that they are selling on Amazon, but I decided to purchase straight from the company, so they get more profit that they can use to pay staff or delvelop new products or even to get an ice cream. The delivery was quick, nicely packed soaps and cute message made it personal.”

“I ordered £42 of hand wash and some soap, never received it as Royal Mail left it in a safe place I never had registered. Back and forth with this company and they are refusing to replace or refund the order. I have informed littlesoapcompany that if they do not replace or refund will lodge a small claims court claim and will enforce any county court judgment plus costs to this company.”

Hi Shahnaz - we appreciate this situation is frustrating. However, as previously advised, Royal Mail’s GPS tracking and photographic evidence of proof of delivery confirm that the parcel was delivered to the address you provided at checkout and left in the location recorded by the courier and safe place associated with the order. As you know we have reviewed the matter fully, including the information and complaint reference you provided, and we do not have any further information or action we are able to add from our side. If you wish to pursue the matter further please do as this would need to be taken up directly with Royal Mail regarding their delivery procedures and safe place handling if you believe their photographic evidence and GPS coordinates to be incorrect. “The bottle size has shrunk and the siap does not have the same scent ..it is less scented ..perhaps kess essential oil”

Hi Bridget - to confirm - the Naturals body wash (or any!) bottles haven’t shrunk at all - they are the same 300ml, we simply changed the shape a while back to these taller thinner bottles at Waitrose’s request as it worked better on shelf. Our regular handwash bottles were deemed to squat compared to competitors. That’s all! Nothing else has changed at all - identical formulation and essential oil % - promise! We don’t do that! Emma x
