“I ordered £42 of hand wash and some soap, never received it as Royal Mail left it in a safe place I never had registered. Back and forth with this company and they are refusing to replace or refund the order. I have informed littlesoapcompany that if they do not replace or refund will lodge a small claims court claim and will enforce any county court judgment plus costs to this company.”

Hi Shahnaz - we appreciate this situation is frustrating. However, as previously advised, Royal Mail’s GPS tracking and photographic evidence of proof of delivery confirm that the parcel was delivered to the address you provided at checkout and left in the location recorded by the courier and safe place associated with the order. As you know we have reviewed the matter fully, including the information and complaint reference you provided, and we do not have any further information or action we are able to add from our side. If you wish to pursue the matter further please do as this would need to be taken up directly with Royal Mail regarding their delivery procedures and safe place handling if you believe their photographic evidence and GPS coordinates to be incorrect. Hi Bridget - to confirm - the Naturals body wash (or any!) bottles haven’t shrunk at all - they are the same 300ml, we simply changed the shape a while back to these taller thinner bottles at Waitrose’s request as it worked better on shelf. Our regular handwash bottles were deemed to squat compared to competitors. That’s all! Nothing else has changed at all - identical formulation and essential oil % - promise! We don’t do that! Emma x

“Little Soap Company products are very kind to the skin and do not end up as a squidgy mess but are usable until a paper thin slice remains, unscented and olive oil versions are my favourite especially for washing my hair which it makes sneaky clean no shampoo or body wash ever used now so money saving too”
