“Little Soap Company dispatched the soap too late, so I couldn’t receive it before my flight. Since you use Royal Mail Tracked 48, the delivery should have arrived within 2–3 days. However, I placed my order on the 14th, and according to the Royal Mail app, it wasn’t dispatched until the 19th. I didn’t receive any tracking reference from Royal Mail—no email or message. The first delivery attempt was on the morning of February 20th, the same day I had a flight at night. If I had received a tracking reference, I could have collected the parcel. I only found out the delivery status after contacting your customer service. The soaps were meant to be gifts for my family back home.”

Hi Anastasia - am saddened by this review. We have been emailing back and forth since you ordered - it’s quite a long thread! Factually, your order was placed and shipped out first thing Monday 17th February. Usually Royal Mail 48hr is what it says. However, according to the tracking info, delivery was first attempted on 20th February, but no reply. It was then attempted again on 21st February and was marked as delivered. You said you’d not received it. As we explained we then searched the GPS coordinates of the delivery location that is shown on the tracking, and it showed that it was delivered to the correct place with a photo. You confirmed it had been delivered to a flatmate in an email. You then emailed again today saying you had now got it from a neighbour. I am so sorry Royal Mail delivered it a day later - we are at the mercy of couriers but believe we have done all we can our end to help you find the parcel last week? As we said on the emails today we are so happy for you to return in damaged for a refund.

“Still haven’t received my order, over 2 weeks since ordering & paying for 48hr delivery. Have emailed a few times, had a response to my initial email, saying it’s something I need to take up with Royal Mail, but Royal Mail are saying they haven’t received the parcel! & no response the last 2 emails. Replacement sent out & received the next day, many thanks”

Oh James - we replied immediately on the 26/2 and it’s all still in hand. Royal Mail sadly don’t work at our pace! Please bear with us - we are doing all we can to remedy this. Once parcels leave us have little control over Royal Mail. Jo has been chasing behind the scenes and was set to update in the morning. Emma x

“I love their Lavender hand soap. I have very sensitive hands and this is the only lovely smelling soap I’ve found that doesn’t exacerbate my eczema. Everyone that visits and uses the soap comments on how nice it smells. So much so that I’ve gifted bottles to people ☺️”

“Very please with the Men's Edit all over boady smells refreshing shea butter i am so greatful for the soap it has made my skin lovly and smooth my family also likes how delicate it is on me. I have had to swith from shower gels and i was also impress with the shampoo bar. Thank you Little Soap Company you have made a good choice for men and what else is suitable for men to shower for a refreshing evening and morning.”

“I have been using this soap for years and it is great. It smells wonderful, lasts a long time and they really do a lot to make sure their soaps are no ruining the environment. I can even compost the packaging. Love it.”

“Been on the search for bar soaps and shampoos for a while now as I'm sick of so much packaging and waste from bottled products. The soaps from this company are amazing! My hair and skin have never felt healthier or softer. Such a good price range for such great quality. Delivery was very quick too.”
