“First of all the service was fantastic, Craig was very responsive when i has asked about stock. When the delivery arrived, one of our items was chipped. Immediately we were sent a new one. We love our new dining set. Thank you”

“I made an online purchase on 1st August and it finally arrived on 12th August after they posted the 3rd product, the first 2 had the wrong address on!!! Craig at their Customer Service department was prompt and helped resolve my issue. However their attention lack of to detail would have eliminated the problem in the first instance.”

“The faux trailing eucalyptus is wonderful (it looks completely real) and has transformed a troublesome (for hanging living plants) corner of our living room. The delivery was quick and it was like receiving a gift through the post upon opening it! Excellent service. Thank you, I shall be shopping with you again, for sure.”
