“A beautiful Nordic teapot was delivered on a Sunday within 2 days (ahead of suggested 3 days ) but alas the teapot spout had broken . Planned to call Lillian Daph Monday morning but emailed them photos of the damage alongside good packaging of box within a box with additional corrugated cardboard cushioning . Within an hour the owner emailed and confirmed a new one would be in the sent by courier again Monday morning . We chatted on Monday and the perfect new pot arrived before midday Tuesday . Lovely company - products are super and customer relations are simply pleasant and efficient . Online shopping can be such pleasure when such honest folk are running businesses .”
