“I was really pleased with the service offered by Lillian Daph. I paid a bit more for next day delivery but placed my order slightly after midday therefore I didn't expect the goods to be delivered the following day but the day after. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the parcel the next morning. I was regularly informed of the delivery progress. The goods were well packaged and corresponded to the description.”

“Perfect! Ordered on Monday and recieved much quicker than expected (I think literally it was next day). Everything was superbly packaged (something you would like to have for those fragile items).”

“An absolute pleasure to buy from Lillian Daph. Christina and Craig absolutely personify good customer care. They were wonderful and couldn’t do enough to help me make my purchase be the right one. I live in Yorkshire so the order was taken online, but my correspondence on the phone and via email made the final product chosen to be just perfect. The delivery, packaging and price was unbeatable. “Love the mug very much - surprised it was made in China for a Danish brand! My morning ritual is complete. Everything was very timely and straightforward. I might get the black mug for my girlfriend sometime so we can drink coffee together. I really love the ones with no handles. It's a shame mugs always have handles now, it means you get a much less intimate relationship with the hot drink. I have just been studying about the Japanese tea ceremony - no space for handles there! Anyhow , nice independent shop! Only thing that is slightly odd is that this review email is showing up strangely on my phone... I am trying to give five stars to all i hope it works alright... thanks to the gang and the dogs!”

Hi John, Wow Thank You for such a great review!! We are so glad you love the mugs without handles, they are so popular in store and online. The whole of the Broste range is manufactured in China but they are all hand finished which gives them the quirky one off designs in Denmark. Thank You for the 5 stars it certainly did work just fine. Thanks again and I hope that your Tea and coffee breaks are still tasting extra goooood. The dogs say thanks too :) .
