“My cup arrived within 3 days of ordering it which I very much appreciate, it is a gift for a friend! I live in Wales but I am from Saltburn and love your shop so wanted my friend to have a little piece of Lilliandaph in Saltburn! “Before I received this email, we were going to write to you anyway because we were so impressed with your service. We were so delighted with the incredibly rapid delivery in spite of Covid-19 (we are in the process of redesigning a few of our rooms and every other supplier we’ve used so far is suffering with delays), and your lovely handwritten note, that we went online and read your story. We loved it, and what you are trying to achieve. You have a great business run by clearly passionate, hard-working, talented people, and we’re chuffed we found you. My mother is an interior designer and we’ve told her about you too. Hopefully we’ll be using you for many more rooms in future and we will continue to spread the word.
