Hi Kristin, I'm sorry to hear that your order was delayed. I can see your order was for a pre-order which has just passed the 4 weeks maximum wait time. I can also see your order was despatched last week on time but unfortunately possibly lost in transit. A second order has already been dispatched and should soon be with you later this week with you being in the USA. Unfortunately as soon as the parcels leave us it is completely out of our hands and rely on the couriers delivering our parcels safely and on time. We will of course be looking into this and we have acted as quickly as possible when we found out this has been the case. “I chose a canvas from Lillian Daph online which is always a little daunting. I was delighted with the outcome. Colours blend well with the rest of the furniture and wall colour. Quality of the canvas is very good and it finishes off my room beautifully.”

Hi Vera Thank you for taking the time to review this product and I can only apologise if the butter dish you have purchased doesn't seem quite right. These are hand produced and finished with each one being different. The lid should certainly fit into the bowl and leave a secure fit. If it's possible to send over an image of the bowl with the lid on just to compare this to others and confirm it is faulty we will happily replace this for you.
