We are so sorry regarding the mix up with the coloured Molly vases you ordered, this is the first we have heard that you received the wrong ones as we would have been able to get the correct vases sent out straight away for replacement. The Molly vases are quite similar in colour between the pinks but no excuse this is completely our fault. Apologies again, Craig, LD

“Brilliant product and fantastic customer service. I love to support small, independent companies. I have bought Broste Copenhagen pottery from a few different retailers but Lillian Daph was a little bit cheaper. More importantly, the customer care was refreshing. Often, once a company has got your order, it loses interest but nothing was too much trouble.”

“I have been searching for cups and saucers, small side plates, dessert plates dinner plates and cereal bows for some time and have not been able to find anything, other than white, in a suitable design. There are plenty of sets with dinner plate, dessert plate, cereal bowl and mug available so was delighted to come across Lillian Daph on line. I was sent a sample cup and saucer of the Nordic Sea range overnight, liked it so much so ordered six of everything the next day plus sugar bowl and milk jug. I too received this the day after. The product is not too heavy and bulky and I am delighted with it. The service and help I received from Craig was excellent and I wish there was a shop in my part of the country.”

“I cannot rate Lillian Daph highly enough. Craig went far and beyond to accommodate my requirements, possibly to the point where it was financially unviable for him to do so. He offered to get a product reproduced in smaller size as the one he had was too big. The finished piece though, was still large and cumbersome and to be fair - not best designed for transport. It arrived unscathed and wrapped fantastically. In a world of bluechips and corporates, it's easy to forget the personal touch one can get from an independent and after all - isn't that what makes the difference?”
