“I cannot rate Lillian Daph highly enough. Craig went far and beyond to accommodate my requirements, possibly to the point where it was financially unviable for him to do so. He offered to get a product reproduced in smaller size as the one he had was too big. The finished piece though, was still large and cumbersome and to be fair - not best designed for transport. It arrived unscathed and wrapped fantastically. In a world of bluechips and corporates, it's easy to forget the personal touch one can get from an independent and after all - isn't that what makes the difference?”

Hi, I hope you are pleased with your new stags head! I just wanted to say thank you so much for the review, as a young independent trying to make it in the big WWW reviews mean everything to us so it was really heartwarming and reassuring to read yours (it genuinely made me smile and actually gave me a little goosebumps.) Unfortunately we charge only what we are charged from the courier and we are trying hard to get those costs down. “You entice me to purchase by offering me the code FREESHIP but when I reach the checkout £5.95 has been added and the FREESHIP code has been ‘removed’ Also that little review box which appears at the left hand side is very annoying as it inhibits you knowing what information to place in the appropriate box.”

Hi Lucy, I am sorry to hear that the free ship code didn't work for you at checkout, we have just checked this is still active and working correctly which it seems to be, apologies again. As a small independent we always have access to emails etc so we could have rectified this issue promptly which would have hopefully provided you with the free shipping on your order. “We absolutely love Lillian Daph store! Craig and Christina are such lovely people, have amazing taste and go out of their way to help! Customer Service is outstanding. “Saw a different vase in a magazine & decided to have a look online, I was not disappointed. Excellent service, the vase was exactly as it was shown on line and was so beautiful I have decided to buy it and the smaller size for myself. Will certainly be looking at your products again.”

“The cushions were of good quality and they fit perfectly with all my white linen bedding . They arrived quickly. I’ve been in store and always made small purchases and found the service Luke warm . Online could be the way forward .”

“I have bought many things from Lillian Daph, all of them lovely and at a reasonable price. There is always a warm welcome when visiting LD and I have benefited many times from their personal shopping service. Best shop around. If your looking for something different for your home I recommend LD.”
