“Very firendly, helpful and customer focused company. Their products are so lovely and they are shipped very quickly. I had an issue with the item that I bought (a small quality defect), and it was dealt with extremely quickly, and a replacement organised to be sent to me within hours. It makes such a difference to deal with real people who can sort out your problem, and they come across that they genuinely care about good customer service.”
