“I paid for next day delivery but it didn't arrive for a couple of days despite being despatched the day of order. I spoke to a really helpful gentlemen who tracked it down with DPD and refunded the money I paid for next day delivery which was great. Item was just what we wanted. I have 4 stars just because it would have been helpful to get an automated email when it was despatched with the tracking number.”

“Light supplier offers a great selection of lighting solutions. Recently for an unknown reason some of the recessed lighting suddenly died, and Light Supplier kindly and professionally replaced them without any issue. Kudos to the team!! Happy with the 240V LEDs!”

“Very good lights nice and slim but you do need a plug however there is no on or off switch had to hard wire them into a switch box but they are a good light nice and bright”

“Items were as advertised and arrived in good time. The only comment regards the connection to the power supply. I needed to go to the website to be sure that I understood that I could connect to the mains. The instructions with the lights and LED driver could be clearer.”

“I bought one set of LED under cabinet lights and was sufficiently impressed to buy a second set for a relative, so clearly I think the product and the company are good. My only small gripe is that I don't find the website the easiest to use - this could be me as I'm not an expert on the various products, but I have to go with thoughts in this review. Checkout was easy, it was finding my way around the product information that I didn't find ideal.”
