I paid for next day delivery but it didn't arrive for a couple of days despite being despatched the day of order. I spoke to a really helpful gentlemen who tracked it down with DPD and refunded the money I paid for next day delivery which was great. Item was just what we wanted. I have 4 stars just because it would have been helpful to get an automated email when it was despatched with the tracking number.
