“I live in France and as I was in England for a short time, I ordered from you a garden light, to be delivered to an UK address. The Item was delivered but unfortunately on two occasions we missed the deliver. So we went to the DPD depot in Ecclesfield, only to be told that you had recalled the item. As we are now back in France could you arrange for a full reimbursement of the purchase price”

“Like the product very much. Arrived in time for electrician to install them. They look great on the house. Only one disappointment, one light had a small dent in the moulding right in the front. Had electrician on site so had to install it.”

“They delivered my order on time. I complained about their advert which I found to be confusing. They advertised a twin light which I thought was two light units but it turned out to be light in two directions. I accepted their explanation. I had to pay for another unit of light. They delivered it quickly to compensate me. It think that was cool and kind of them”
