“We have used Lighting Direct previously on many occasions and they are always excellent. Products arrive quickly and on the one time we had a problem with one of our lights they dealt with it professionally and quickly. No hassle which is not the experience we have had with other on line shops.. Will continue to use them in the future. Thank you.”

“The delivery of the items I ordered did not arrive when promised. The order was for 5 different items two of which were reported as not being immediately available but a delivery date was given which I accepted. One of the shortage items was in fact delivered with the main quantity but the whole was 2 days late. The other shortage was promised for delivery 12th November and it still has not arrived (10 days late and counting). This item was actually the bulbs for the lights. The whole order value was over £350 so I am not happy with having paid so much for lights which I can't use.”

“I received the bulbs the next day which was excellent. unfortunately one of the bulbs was a small screw rather than a large screw. which meant one of the lights in the room was a different white. I didn't send it back and get a new one as it would have cost me more in delivery than the actual bulb!”
