“They were fantastic when I placed the order. My light was delivered quickly and all was good BUT when we had the fitting installed the last piece of glass was shattered. I have sent an email and left 4/5 messages over 4 days and have no reply. I'm very dissapointed.”

“It was necessary for me to return my first order and trying to download my returns slip difficult. I entered into the chat line and I was doing everything they suggested , after they checked the system it then delivered.”

“I ordered three wall light and three bulbs. I paid using my card. All six items arrived well packaged. I fitted them straight away and I am very pleased with them and the service experience. Thank you for the satisfaction received. I would have no trouble recommending Lighting-direct to friends. I was a little confused reading that Light fittings were free delivery as I was charged for the delivery.”
