“Quick, safe delivery. Informative on-line site. Only issue with installation instructions that mention three connections but five available although two clearly labelled N & E. The other three are 1, 2, 3. For Info (and logicaly) number 1 is the correct connection for the L cable. An email query to customer services was quickly re-routed to technical services and a reply received within an hour.”

“The item I ordered was supposed to have arrive within around 5 days. By around 10 days still no delivery. I chased customer services regarding the delivery to receive an apologetic reply saying they were out of stock but due more stock on the 7th December. I still have no delivery nor have I had any update. Non existent customer service unless you contact them and no delivery!”

“You should have told me that this product was not. Suited to any location within five miles of the sea, it?s very obvious from my address that it was unsuitable for me but I had to open the package to discover this, at which point the electrician was ready to fixit.”

“The service was very good - but one of the lamps that we ordered ,were damaged on arrival . Part of the metal scroll was snapped off , and as the missing piece wasn't in the packaging or box , it must have been sent like it ! But after contacting customer services on the Monday , they agreed to send another one free of charge the next day , so my three ??s are now 5??s”

“I already have 5 identical lights in my home, and unfortunately I broke the glass shade on one of them, so the light I purchased was effectively bought as a replacement. It matches and fits perfectly, so I was delighted! It was delivered well-packaged and on time. Thank you.”

“Placed a large order £300 + and 7 out of 10 fittings were damaged on arrival with the product boxes crushed also however the 2 outer cases were in perfect condition so I can only assume they were packed that way. Both parcels are awaiting collection Tuesday 11th Dec”
