“The whole experience was good, extremely helpful, and delivery was on time, came in two boxes and padded, but one of the crystal glass was hanging off , but I got a small wire to feed in through the hole to re attach. but not a game stopper.”

“The light was perfect but the only drawback was the cable came out of the end of the light instead of the centre the electrician had to connect it to the existing strip fitting but apart from that it was fine”

“Terminal markings unclear with only one out of five marked clearly. The PIR performs poorly, about 0.5m activation not about 6m as advertised. Rear cavity too shallow for a normal cable so unit does not mount flat.”

“The parcel arrived promptly and the goods were well packed. Sadly they had been damaged in manufacture, so had to be returned. Also an easy process. Just as well as the second item we received was also damaged in manufacture so had to go back and we await a refund.”

“Superfast and correct service at a great price. Glass is always tricky to send by courier but everything was safely packed. I hope Brexit doesn't ruin my chances from ordering again, since I ordered from 'overseas'.”

“Order for a picture light arrived promptly but the bulbs advertised on the web page as ?related products? and by inference appropriate to the picture light, proved to be too big to fit. An emailed comment requesting some the correct size was answered by a standard message saying that a reply could take three days(!). Day three and still no response. This is not good service.”
