“The track lights I purchased unfortunately did not it the tracks but I returned them and my payment was immediately refunded with no quibble whatsoever.”

“Good swift service and product well packaged. Would have been 5 stars but website is misleading with a large banner that says ?Free delivery on all light fittings? and a next day delivery date clearly stated next to the price. The reality is free delivery takes 3-5 days.”

“Although lamp price quoted inc VAT and free standard delivery to most areas, VAT and delivery charge of £5.99 were added at the checkout. Not impressed. Also, why sell an undimmable bulb with a dimmer lamp? Had to re order bulb from Amazon. Otherwise, packaging and delivery were good.”

“The lights look really nice, the brass is really on trend and it can transform any framed pieces on your walls. The light is quite white and fridge like though, I would?ve preferred if they were more warm. They?re the only battery powered ones we could find anywhere which is handy if you haven?t got any wires fitted, however the batteries can die quite quickly, we?ve only had them on about 5-10 hours over the past week and they?re already quite dull and will need replacing.”

“Glass was smashed when it arrived and they did replace the item as they said they could not send replacement glass and I would have to wait for it to come from Italy. I had to pay for another lamp and wait for a refund from the original purchased lamp. Average service to get the matter resolved.”

“I ordered a set of LED strip lights after searching online. the reviews for Lighting Direct were good, so I took the plunge. I was kept up to date throughout the purchase right up to delivery by sensibly spaced emails and texts. the delivery was on time, the packaging was adequate and the product in working order. I have fitted the lifts and the work well, good light coverage and light weight product. the only comments to the products are: The cables are very short (Aporx 1m) The fixing clips are a touch flimsy, they could grip the light more firmly. overall, I would deffinately use them again.”
