“Had a problem with the delivery ,left @ wrong place. Had a lot of problems getting it resolved. It was difficult to speak to someone and I left message and emails and had no response,had to follow it up several times to get it sorted. Finally my praise for a lady called Kathryn who was marvellous and sorted it all out.”

“I ordered £100's worth of lighting and connectors from your website and whats been sent does not match up. the connectors do not connect to the lights, ive been sent 3 different sizes of things despite ordering exactly what comes up on your website to go with the lights ive ordered. I have called customer services many times and get an answer phone message. there are no instructions for returning the wrong items and now I'm stuck with workmen waiting to install the lights but I don't have the right connecteors and cant get though to anyone to fix the problem.”
