“Bought to replace broken fitting,seems well made,good price and complete with bulbs,many aren't. Arrived when stated. Carrier company kept me informed of time slot,and kept to it. Well packaged. All in all a good experience all round.”

“I don't usually leave reviews, but had to today as the customer service was absolutely amazing. My light arrived broken in transit. It only took one email and I had a replacement the following morning and I was kept informed throughout. I wish more companies looked after their customers like this. I would recommend Lighting Direct to anyone.”

“This was a first time purchase from Lighting Direct. The website was well organised and it was easy to find exactly what we were looking for. Processing the order was easy, communication from the company was excellent and the delivery arrived before time. Packaging was good and the individual items, all delicate, were packed extremely. No damage.The 8 items were exactly as specified and of good quality. We have installed the various lights and fittings and are extremely pleased with our experience with this company. We will use Lighting Direct again and would recommend them to anyone else. Ian and Sally M. North Cornwall .”

“Bought 27 Envirolight LED bulbs. All filament type. In one year, 11 have failed. While lighting direct have been very good at issuing replacements, they have all been the same brand. Avoid Envirolight at all cost. Unless you want 30% to fail in a year!”
